SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics with the construction of structures in earthquake-prone regions. In the low-noise seismic resistant production building containing the building frame with foundation, bearing walls with enclosures of floor and ceiling, which are lined with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, as well as piece sound absorbers, containing a frame in which the sound-absorbing material is located, and installed above the noisy equipment, in their fixation points to the building bearing walls the roofing basic load-bearing slabs are equipped with the spatial vibration isolation system consisting of horizontally located vibration isolators, accepting vertical static and dynamic loads, as well as vertically located vibration isolators accepting horizontal static and dynamic loads, at that, the floor in the rooms is made on the elastic foundation and contains made of reinforced with the vibration damping material concrete installation plate, which is installed on the inter-floor overlapping base plate with the cavities through the vibration cushioning material and waterproofing material layers with a gap relative to the production room bearing walls, wherein cavities of the base plate are filled with a vibration damping material, ceiling is made suspended acoustic one, consisting of rigid frame suspended to the production building ceiling with located inside the frame sound-absorbing material, wrapped with acoustically transparent material, and to the frame perforated sheet is attached: perforation diameter 3…7 mm, perforation percentage 10…15 %, and the building frame base is made with the reinforced concrete slab vibration isolation, consisting of interconnected reinforced concrete beams at the building base, which includes at least four vibration isolators installed between the metal plate and the located at the building base reinforced concrete beam, made integral with the at least eight belt foundation blocks, which are peculiar “traps”, and each of the metal plates is installed on at least three concrete pillars-stops, and between every strip foundation blocks and each of the reinforced-concrete beams sandy cushions are installed, and under the vibration isolators strain gage sensors are fixed, which control the vibration isolators setting, at that, the sand pads are installed in metal detachable cages, and each of the vibration isolators consists of rigidly interconnected rubber plates, the upper and lower, in which through holes are made, located across the vibration isolator surface in staggered order, and in form the vibration isolators are made square or rectangular, and their lateral faces are made in the form of the n-th order curved surfaces, providing the vibration isolation system equal frequency in general, wherein holes have shape providing frequency equality of vibration isolator, and each of the vibration isolators consists of base, elastic mesh element and interacting with the bushings washers, at that, the base is made in the form of plate with mounting holes, and mesh elastic element with its lower part rests on the base and is fixed by the lower washer, rigidly connected to the base, and upper part is fixed by an upper pressure washer, rigidly connected to a centrally located ring, enclosed by a coaxially arranged ring rigidly connected to the base.

EFFECT: increase in the building comfort and earthquake resistance.
