FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vehicles lever element. Lever element is formed by acting on workpiece, which is flat plate passing in plane, formed by first and second direction, orthogonal to first direction, step-by-step forming process for joining and connection of two side surfaces in second direction. Lever has cylindrical part, console parts and flanges. Cylindrical part passes along first direction and has cylindrical shape. Console parts are located on both ends in cylindrical part first direction and have outer diameter, expanding outward in first direction. Two flanges are located opposite to each other along second direction in each console part and have through holes in places facing each other along second direction. Through hole passes in direction crossing said two side surfaces, which are mated and connected.
EFFECT: possibility to perform lever element without abrupt change in cross section and simplification of manufacturing.
