SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Manual device for intranasal dosing comprises compressed gas balloon, placed into manual device, nose adapter, first and second valves, first and second pressure controllers, measuring chamber, which contains a certain amount of therapeutic gas under preset pressure, set by first pressure controller, and mechanism for setting sequence, which is connected to first valve and second valve and alternately opens and closes first valve and second valve. Compressed gas balloon is connected to inlet of first valve, and outlet of first valve is connected to inlet of first pressure controller, and outlet of first pressure controller is connected to inlet of second pressure controller and measuring chamber. Outlet of second pressure controller is connected to inlet of second valve, and outlet of second valve is connected to patient. First pressure controller is made with possibility to supply therapeutic gas to measuring chamber, and second pressure controller is made with possibility of further transmission of therapeutic gas from measuring chamber through it into nose adapter for intranasal supply of renewed dose of preset volume of therapeutic gas to patient. Method of intranasal supply of therapeutic gas to patient is disclosed.

EFFECT: inventions provide increased accuracy and efficiency of dosing of renewed doses of constant volume.
