SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. According to a method, there is equipped an inlet line connected with an upstream fluid source. The inlet line communicates with a pump chamber by a downstream fluid passage. The pump chamber comprises a pump outlet with an outlet valve outside the fluid line designed to control the fluid through the pump outlet. A stress application device is actuated to limit the reverse fluid through the inlet while pressure is built up in the pump chamber. The pressure built-up in the pump chamber makes the outlet valve opening and the fluid ejected from the pump chamber through the pump outlet. The system comprises the outlet valve outside the fluid line designed to control the fluid through the pump outlet. A compressing flow provides limiting the reverse fluid from the pump chamber through the inlet and enables pressure increase within the pump chamber. The pressure built-up in the pump chamber makes the outlet valve opening and the fluid ejected from the pump chamber through the pump outlet.
