SUBSTANCE: constantly closed tight panties comprise elastically stretchable main part and insert, located in main part. Insert is connected to front waist region and back waist region. Insert comprises liquid-impermeable base sheet, as well as first tight flap and second tight flap, each of which is connected to base sheet for creation of liquid-impermeable bag. First end of first tight flap is attached to first end of second tight flap, and second end of first tight flap is attached to second end of second tight flap. Insert comprises also first intermediate element and second intermediate element, which are elastically stretchable in longitudinal direction and in transverse direction.

EFFECT: in some embodiments tight panties have tension in longitudinal direction of approximately 1,000 gram-force up to approximately 2,400 gram-force at stretching of approximately 150 %.
