FIELD: personal use and household items.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to "smart" television sets and namely to method and device of interaction with application for television set. Method of interaction with application for television set is disclosed, involving: applications editing mode start in television set and detection, whether first icon is displayed on television set; detection, whether intended key on remote control of television set is pressed, when selecting first icon; and movement of first icon or addition of first application, corresponding to first icon, to folder, when intended key on remote control of television set is pressed.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced number clicks of keys for operation with applications for television set and increased simplicity and ease of use.
