SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of control of electronic devices having wireless communication means, namely the awakening of an electronic device in the energy-saving mode. To this end, the target electronic device is obtained in the same target local network, as well as the awakened electronic device, and send a wake-up command to the target electronic device, that the target electronic device broadcasts in the target local network a wake-up message to awaken the awakened electronic device in accordance with the wake-up command. In this case, the definition of the target local network, to which the awakened electronic device is accessed, are performed in accordance with a previously approved relationship between the local network and the electronic device accessing the local network.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide the possibility of a quick remote activation of a sleeping electronic device by broadcasting a wake-up command that does not require a connection to the wake-up device.
