FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation and air conditioning with regenerative heat recovery units. This is achieved by fact, that suction-and-exhaust unit with heat recovery, containing housing, supply and exhaust air channels, fan, chamber with regenerative heat recovery unit, Chamber is installed on building roof on reinforced-concrete shell and represents housing in form of parallelepiped, which walls are made of heat insulated panels, connected to each other by fast-acting locks, and housing base is metal frame, which is installed on reinforced-concrete shell, wherein in chamber upper part horizontal regenerative heat recovery unit is arranged, which is extendable frame, divided into two cavities by partition, in which drum core supports are fixed, formed by bands from corrugated aluminium foil, tightly wound onto core, and on drum peripheral part, made in form of ring, rigidly connected to core by means of three radial spokes, at least. two screw blades for its rotation by air flows are attached, wherein frame partition with fixed on it drum forms channels for supply and exhaust air, in each of which air cleaning filters are arranged, wherein dispersed material with open pores and with high heat absorption coefficient is made in form of cylindrical ring, on lateral, inner and outer surfaces of which screw thread is made, or in form of ball, on surface of which semi-spherical shaped blind bores are made, or in form of cylindrical ring, on side, inner surface of which partitions are fixed in form of washers with holes perpendicular to ring axis, which axes are asymmetric to ring axis, or in form of inscribable into circle unit, consisting of seven interconnected by lateral faces hexagonal parallelepipeds without upper and lower bases.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in efficiency of waste air heat recovery, saving energy resources, simplification of design, installation and maintenance.
