FIELD: chemistry; nutrient compositions.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nutrient compositions for biological systems, such as humans, animals, plants and microorganisms. Nutrient composition contains at least one mixed metal phosphate of type (M1 M2 M3 … Mx)3(PO4)2⋅aH2O, where 0≤a≤9, where (M1, M2, M3 … Mx) of at least 2 different metals of mixed metal phosphate and are selected from a group comprising Na, K, Mg, Ca, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and B, provided that at least one of metals in phosphate is selected from a group including Mn, Fe, Co and Ni, wherein at least one phosphate is of lamellar morphology of primary crystallites. Composition is obtained by preparing an aqueous solution (I), which contains at least one or more metals Mn, Fe, Co and/or Ni in form of bivalent cations, by introduction of oxide compounds of metal(II), metal(III) and/or metal(IV) or mixtures, or their compounds containing mixed oxidation state, selected from a group comprising hydroxides, oxides, oxy hydroxides, hydrates of oxides, carbonates and hydroxy carbonates of least one of metals Mn, Fe, Co and/or Ni together with elementary forms or alloys of at least one of metals Mn, Fe, Co and/or Ni, in an aqueous medium containing phosphoric acid, and reaction of metal oxide compounds with elementary forms or alloys of metals with formation of bivalent metal ions. Method then includes separation of all solid substances contained in aqueous solution of phosphoric acid (I). If mixed metal phosphate, in addition to metals, introduced in aqueous solution (I), contains other metals selected from a group comprising (M1, M2, M3 … Mx), further addition to aqueous solution (I) of at least one compound of at least one of metals (M1, M2, M3 … Mx) in form of an aqueous solution or in form of solid substance in form of salt is carried out. At least one compound is preferably selected from a group comprising hydroxides, oxides, oxy hydroxides, hydrates of oxides, carbonates, hydroxy carbonates, carboxylates, sulphates, chlorides or nitrates of metals. Method then includes preparation of initial loading solution (II), having pH from 5 to 8, obtained from aqueous solution of phosphoric acid by neutralising with aqueous solution of alkali metal hydroxide or obtained from aqueous solution of one or more phosphates of alkali metals. Method then includes dosing aqueous solution (I) into initial loading solution (II) and simultaneously dosing into alkaline aqueous solution of alkali metal hydroxide, so that pH of obtained reaction mixture is maintained within range from 5 to 8. Further, precipitated phosphate of type (M1 M2 M3 … Mx)3(PO4)2⋅aH2O is separated from solution of reaction mixture.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a nutrient composition with improved bioavailability.
