FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used for thermal well development of high-viscosity oil deposit. Device includes housing, hydraulically connected with wellhead, outlet valve, seat of which is installed in housing bottom, and shutoff unit is connected with float. Wherein wellhead is hydraulically connected with housing upper part. Device is equipped with additional outlet valve, seat of which is also installed in housing bottom, and valve shutoff units are connected to each other by means of rocker arms, pivotally mounted in the device housing. Valves of device are installed with possibility of simultaneous opening in diametrically opposite directions, and valve shutoff units are made, for example, in form of cones. Wherein multiplication of lengths of rocker arms on area of corresponding outlet holes of outlet valves’ seats are equal. Design of device is possible, in which device housing is divided into two chambers, each of which is hydraulically connected with wellhead. Wherein outlet valves are installed in bottom of each chamber, and float is placed in chamber of larger volume. Besides, design of device is possible, in which housing is divided into two chambers, hydraulically interconnected to each other. Wherein chamber of smaller volume is hydraulically connected with wellhead.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of device reliability.
