FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device (1) includes vessel (2), intended for partial filling with defrosted product and made with possibility of rotation around inclined axis (3). Device (1) comprises means for product moving during defrosting and facility (8) for product surface temperature contactless determination and/or surrounding product liquid. Temperature measurement device (8) is located, at least, partially inside vessel above level of container filling with product and/or fluid and remains fixed during vessel rotation.
EFFECT: invention enables energy saving and prevents products overheating during defrosting.
