SUBSTANCE: provided is carriers arrangement device, which includes frame having space inside it, in which carrier is arranged; separating plate, which divides inner space so, that to cross specific collection direction, and which forms collection space, in which carrier is collected along collection direction; separating plate displacement section, which moves separating plate along collecting direction relative to frame; side guide, which is connected to frame from inside in location, not interfering with separating plate displacement range and separating plate displacement sections, and which determines collection space size in crossing direction, intersecting collection direction; positioning part, which is provided in frame end part in collection direction and which positions side guide end part in one connection position, selected from plurality of connection positions; as well as retention switching part, which switches between retention state, in which side guide end part is positioned, and free from retention state, in side guide end part is not positioned.
