SUBSTANCE: device for carriers treatment is suggested, it contains section of temporary holding, gear drive provided inside the section temporary holding and driving the gear holding the carrier in the section of temporary holding, and delivering carrier from the section of temporary holding; main casing containing installation place, where the section of temporary holding is installed, and which transfers the carrier from and to the section of temporary holding during time, when the section of temporary holding is installed at the installation place. The rotary controls that transmits to the gear drive the rotation action applied outside the section of temporary holding; and part fort action limiting provided in the main casing, that interlocks the rotation action transmission from the rotary controls to the gear drive in the installed state, where the section of temporary holding is installed at the installation place of the main casing, and which ensures transmission of the rotating action from the rotary controls to the gear drive in the disconnected state, where the section of temporary holding is disconnected with the installation place. At that in the installed state the part limiting action is engaged with the rotary controls in multiple positions around the axis of rotation of the rotary controls.
