FIELD: heating; mining.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems and methods used for strata heating, more specifically, invention relates to systems and methods for underground formations heating, containing hydrocarbons. Method of forming heater with insulated conductor includes stages, on which insulating layer is located above at least part of elongated, cylindrical inner electric conductor. Elongated cylindrical external electrical conductor is arranged over at least part of insulating layer, in order to form heater with insulated conductor. Performing one or several stages of heater with insulated conductor cold/heat treatment. At that, stages of cold/thermal treatment comprise stages, at which cold treatment of heater with insulated conductor is carried out, to reduce heater with insulated conductor cross section area, at least approximately for 30 %. Heater with insulated conductor heat treatment is performed at temperature, at least about 870 °C. Heater with isolated conductor cross section area is reduced by value of approximately from 5 % to 20 % to final cross-section area.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of conductor manufacturing and/or assembly and extraction of hydrocarbons.
