SUBSTANCE: socket module for the electrosurgical device has a housing, at least two connections in each case with two contacts, as well as at least a first connecting means which electrically connects the first contact of the first connection to the first contact of the second connection. The first connecting means has two contact areas, of which in each case with a form closure and/or a force closure, the first contact area is connected to the first contact of the first connection, and the second contact area is connected to the first contact of the second connection. In the housing there is a board which is electrically connected to the first connection. The board has a third contact area which, with a form closure or force closure, connects the first connection to the board. The contact areas of the first connecting means form spring clamps and/or spring tabs which are fixed to and/or adjacent to the first contacts. An electrosurgical device with at least one mentioned socket module.
EFFECT: use of inventions reduces the duration of installation, providing the required quality of electrical connections.
