SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation instrument-making and can be used for reminder content displaying in mobile navigation devices. Device includes stages, at which: when displaying terminal locking screen interface obtaining terminal current geographical position; detecting whether current geographic position is within reminder element displaying range; and if current geographic position is within reminder element displaying range, displaying reminder element content in screen locking interface. When displaying terminal screen locking interface, if terminal current geographic position is within certain reminder element displaying range, then reminder element content is displayed in screen locking interface; thus, inherent in existing art problem of certain limitations due to element execution, reminding only in compliance with time is solved, and effective reminder implementation effects in specified displaying range and increasing notification frequency are achieved.
