SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the management of a flexible display. For this, the user terminal device and its control method are provided. User terminal device includes: a display configured to be divided into a first zone and a second zone that is larger than the first zone, with regard to the folding line; a detector configured to detect a user interaction; and a controller configured to, in response to detection display with respect to the folding line detected by the detector, control the display, to display a predetermined user interface (UI) in open zone that is an open part of the second zone.
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility to minimize the size of the user terminal device due to the possibility of its folding.
