FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, and specifically to detergent compositions, intended for cleaning and degreasing metal, plastic, glass and ceramic surfaces from all types of industrial oil, cutting coolants, residues of polishing and lapping compounds, as well as from temporary anticorrosive protective coatings and other. Described is a detergent, which is a composite mixture, including derivatives of fatty acids, terpene saponins, surfactants, natural glucosides and water in following ratio of components, wt%: fatty acid derivatives – 5–32, terpene saponins – 3–25, surfactants – 3–29, glucosides – 18–40, water – balance.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a detergent and degreasing effect in aqueous media with different pH and temperature from 4 to 70 °C by emulsification, immobilisation of contaminating oil and fat particles with subsequent molecular degradation without formation of oil products in wash water with preservation of initial neutral pH due to ability of molecules used in disclosed detergent to effectively bind to contaminants and retain them inside of micella of different form.
