FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used for cleaning of assembly parts surfaces in vehicles from mineral and synthetic oils, preservation lubricants, lubricating-cooling liquids, soot, soil and other contaminants with complex composition during repair and routine works in transport enterprises. Contaminated water solution of detergent produced during cleaning is heated up to the temperature of 85-95°C, cooled down to the temperature of 40-55°C, which is maintained in the process of the whole subsequent processing, then it is separated from contaminants by sedimentation and water and detergent lost in the process of treatment are introduced into it, and components of water solution of detergent are mixed with elastic oscillations in the mode of jet-cavitation field, which are created by hydrodynamic radiator in water medium, after that water solution of detergent is sent for usage.
EFFECT: reduction of irretrievable consumption of water solution per unit of removed contaminants and increase of its epidemic safety for human being during application.
