FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: adjuster comprises a well 1 with an inlet pipe 2 attached at an angle to the feeding drain 3, and an outlet pipe 4 on the outlet drain 5. The inlet pipe 2 is closed with a shut-off valve 6 with a retaining disc 7 in the form of an inverted plate, and the outlet pipe 4 is closed with a shut-off valve 16. The shut-off valves 6 and 16 are connected with the rods 8, 15 with the levers 9 and 10 of the hinge mechanism. The rod 8 is connected to the middle portion of the lever 9, and the rod 15 is connected to the middle portion of the lever 10. The lever mechanism is made with the ability to contact freely with the fixed abutments 12 and 13. The axis 22 of the lever mechanism divides it into two unequal parts 9 and 10 of the lever arms. On the upper part 9 of the arm a counterweight 11 and a screw-nut 14 are adjustably mounted, which center of gravity is located above the horizontal axis of rotation. At the end of the lower portion 10 of the lever arm between the rings 18 and 19 a float 17 is placed freely. The connection of the rod 15 with the middle portion of the lower lever arm 10 provides the idle stroke through the hinge 20. The operation reliability in transient modes, depending on the water level in the feeding drain is provided by the presence of the hydraulic relay consisting of a lever-hinge mechanism connected to each other through the rods with the valves and the freedom of the float motion at the end of the lower lever arm between the two rings, calculated from the condition when the water level in the well when closing the shut-off valve moved more slowly.
EFFECT: simplified design and operation, reduced material consumption, and reduced delayed action during the operation.
