FIELD: land reclamation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to melioration and can be used for automatic regulation and stabilization of ground waters, mainly for drainage systems. Mouth of the drainage collector/ contains well 12 with branch pipe 9 with bends 3 and 5 and outlet head of drain 19. Well 12 is covered from above with lid 3, the upper part of which is made in the form of open truncated cone 15. Open truncated cone 15 comprises float 16 with stem 17 and guides 23. Well 12 is sealed, has air valve 14 for discharging air into the atmosphere. Float 16 is connected via rod 17 to shutter valve 18 mounted on the outlet end of drain 19 and has lid 20 made of a ferromagnetic metal with rubber seal 21 at the top. Rubber seal 22 is also provided on branch pipe 9 with elbows 3 and 5, which together with seal 21 located on lid 20, when floated, float 16 provides a hermetic closure of branch pipe 9 having permanent magnets 24 fixing float 16 in the upper position after the ascent.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher efficiency of dehumidification of waterlogged soils and automation of work by increasing the head over the collector and reducing the number of hydromechanical devices.
