Excess mascara is removable by disk scraper 5. Mating surfaces are made conical for simultaneous applicator contact across the outer surface with the inner surface of the dosing cylinder 3. The container is sealed by a cover 9 with a threaded connection with the housing 1. The applicator 4 is connected to the handle 8 with the rod 10. Dosing cylinder 3 movement is possible due to the displacement of spikes 13 and 14 inserted into the helical slots 6, while rotating the housing 2. It provides the ability to dose mascara on the applicator.
