Coherent pulsed radio signals phase meter contains delay unit, complex conjugation unit, complex multiplication unit, averaging unit, phase computation unit, a switch, unit for calculating module, threshold unit, memory unit, clock generator, first and second two-channel switches, additional averaging unit, a control unit, additional delay unit, additional complex conjugation unit, additional complex multiplication unit, additional multiplier and additional memory unit, implementing initial readings inter-period processing for moving object Doppler (radial) speed unambiguous measurement.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility to receive required range of unambiguously measured Doppler speeds while keeping unambiguous distance measurement.
