SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. Provided is a method and a device for transmitting and receiving a feedback signal in a mobile communication system, in compliance with which the user equipment (UE) receives information, at least, on one channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) and information, at least, on one interference measuring resource (IMR), determines, at least, one feedback signal to be transmitted from a plurality of available feedback signals in accordance with the information on at least one CSI-RS and the information on at least one IMR, generates a certain, at least, one feedback signal and transmits the generated, at least, one feedback signal. At least one feedback signal to be transmitted is determined basing on bitmap information received from a central control device, herewith the bitmap information includes information indicating that the central control device needs to receive, at least, one feedback signal.

EFFECT: technical result is transmitting and receiving signals with high transmission speed in a conventional cellular mobile communication system.
