Feedback method for CoMP communication in a communication system, comprises steps of checking a number of feedback allocations, configured by radio resource control (RRC) signalling, determining a number of bits of an aperiodic feedback indicator based on checked number of feedback allocations, receiving downlink control information (DCI) including aperiodic feedback indicator, interpreting aperiodic feedback indicator, based on determined number of bits of aperiodic feedback indicator and performing aperiodic feedback of at least one feedback allocation, based on aperiodic feedback indicator.
