FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: oil bath comprises a housing with liquid lubricating material, in the bath a tooth-wheel located under it and additional lubricating gear are immersed, they rotate with different speeds and/or in opposite directions. Along both end faces of the transmission parts immersed in the lubricating material and parallel to them with minimum clearances to them and with their overlapping in plan view a pair of vertically oriented plates is located, they are secured on the housing bottom, and their height exceeds high level of the oil bath. One plate of each pair located at side of the housing side wall is made flat. Length of second plate of the pair exceeds the length of the first plate. Both ends of the second plate are bent along arc towards above said side wall of the housing, are adjacent to end sides of the housing, and enveloping ends of the first plate with clearances to them, are adjacent to this wall with smooth interfacing to it. Through openings are made in bottom part of straight section of second plates at side of input to the lubricating material during rotation of the transmission elements located near these plates. Cavities between housing corners and plates are made by inserts, their height exceeds height of plates, and top of inserts in beveled inside the housing.
EFFECT: increased quality of the gearing lubrication.
