FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to electrical engineering. Device has power supplies automatic switching device and frequency converter, including input terminals A, B, C, which are made with possibility of connection via power supplies automatic switching device to three-phase AC supply mains or to DC supply mains. One of input clamps is made with possibility of connection to DC supply mains positive terminal, and two other are to negative terminal of latter. Device also has output terminals for connection of three-phase load, three equally made three-phase transformers, each of which comprises first and second input and output three-phase windings. First input three-phase winding phase windings initial outputs and second input three-phase winding phase winding ends are connected to corresponding input terminals A, B, C, and other outputs of each of input three-phase windings are connected to switching element corresponding to this winding in form of three-phase diode bridge with electronic switch in DC circuit. One three-phase transformer input three-phase windings phase windings are in-series connected to input terminals A, B, C, and other two three-phase transformers input three-phase windings phase windings are in-series connected to input terminals B, C, A and C, A, B, respectively. Said three-phase transformers output three-phase windings similar phase windings are in-series connected into three branches, which are combined into Y-network and form three-phase output.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in reliability and expansion of functional capabilities.
