FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making supports with location of bearing between two rotating rotors, in particular in gas turbine engines of aircraft and ground use. Bearing support is installed between low and high pressure rotor shafts and consists of outer ring, inner ring, rolling bodies and separator, centered along outer ring. Inner ring is made with holes for supply of oil in area of rolling rollers. Rollers are made with spiral grooves, elevation angle of which relative to axis of rotation is 15–25°. Direction of elevation is selected with due allowance for distribution of axial temperature gradient of bearing rings and provides most optimum rolling condition of rollers by reducing action of oil wedges.
EFFECT: used lubrication and cooling system improves its temperature and reduces value of hydro-dynamic loads on its part.
