FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has chisel, hydraulic elevators, working heads of which are connected to pipe space, and mixing chambers are connected to behind-column space of well, on outer side of central pipe, connected on both sides to drilling pipes, with space and coaxially to it an auxiliary pipe is mounted with apertures for liquid feed to working heads of hydraulic elevators. Auxiliary pipe is rigidly connected to central pipe with locking sub. Locking sub has washing apertures for connection to space between auxiliary and central pipes. Between well walls and auxiliary pipe a cylindrical body is placed with possible relative rotation, cylindrical body has apertures for letting through injected liquid into hydraulic elevator mixing chamber. To inner surface of cylindrical body hydraulic elevators are fixed and fixed part of radial and axial supports. Rotary parts of radial and axial supports are rigidly connected to auxiliary pipe. On outer surface of cylindrical body self-compacting packers are present. Number of hydraulic elevators and packers may by one or more of each.
