SUBSTANCE: system of underirrigation includes wormholes (3) for feeding livestock waste therein, pipe means (1) with the water outlet holes (2) for supplying water, made from a plastic material. Conical lock valves are arranged at the top of water outlet ports (4). The lower ends of lock valves are connected to the guide needles (5). The ends of the guide needles fixed with screw nuts (6) to the elastic members in the form of several individual hypocrateriform sections of ribbons (7). The ends of the ribbons are interconnected at fixing points at the top of the pipe wall. Hypocrateriform sections of ribbons have a bulge towards the bottom of the pipeline.
EFFECT: prevents clogging of the water outlet openings.
