FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is relevant to gear infinitely-variable speed gear-boxes. Speed gear-box includes housing, driving cylindrical gear mounted on driving shaft and suitable for displacing along moving conical gear mounted on driven shaft, and control mechanism that is in kinematical jointed to driving cylindrical gear. Driven conical gear is equipped with teeth that are parallel to each other, of various lengths and equal in width. Distance between teeth is equal too. Each tooth is made at an angle to longitudinal vertical plane, which passes through center of rotation of driven conical gear. Angle value depends on length of driven conical gear and on ratio of the least and the most diameters. Driven conical gear is constantly engaged with driving cylindrical gear and conditionally divided into several longitudinal parts with the aid of vertical lateral planes. Length of each part is equal to width of driving cylindrical gear. Number of teeth increases from the lesser diameter to the larger one for each next part. Ration of width of driving cylindrical gear to longitudinal length of driven conical gear is equal to 1:10.
EFFECT: simplification of design, increase of range of gear ratio regulation and prolongation of service life are achieved.
