FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of borehole geophysics and may be used for the oil and gas deposits exploration in unconventional collectors confined to clay deposits. Substance: the complex of geophysical well survey, including the standard logging, is carried out. According to the logging data, clay layers are selected in intervals along the wellbore section. The geophysical parameters of the standard logging, linked to the location of the selected layers, are recorded. The obtained parameters are led to the temperature of 20°C. The dependence of the above parameters on the depth is set in the logarithmic scale. According to the dependence obtained, the line of normal compaction is drawn. The layers of normal and abnormally high pore pressure are determined on the line drawn. The quantitative estimation of the pore pressure values is carried out. The areas with normal and abnormal pore pressures gradients are identified. Wherein the availability of productive collectors is fixed in the identified areas with normal pore pressures gradients.
EFFECT: invention provides increasing reliability of the oil and gas deposits allocation in unconventional collectors.
