FIELD: heating; drying.

SUBSTANCE: refrigerator-emitter panel contains the heat-emitting plate performed of a composite material and metal tubes, which are located between the heat-emitting plate and patches performed of the composite material, designed for a heat carrier. Each patch is connected to the plate and contains the area, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the metal tube. Cylinder grooves with the metal tubes, which are designed for the heat carrier, located in them are made on the heat-emitting plate. The patches and the heat-emitting plate are performed of the carbon-carbon composite material. The heat-emitting plate has holes, which have strained carbon fibers with the thermal conductivity of 300 W/m⋅K, located between the tubes. The invention may be used in structures of satellites and power plants.

EFFECT: decreasing of the weight of the refrigerator-emitter at the increasing of effective heat dump.
