FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: material contains a pyrocarbon or coke-pyrocarbon matrix and a carbon filler of a layered or laminated structure on the basis of a fabric produced by weaving high-modulus carbon fibres with their single-layered weave and the sewing thread or without. Carbon fibres in the fabric are a ribbon produced by fusing fibres of circular cross-section, the fibres in the tissue have a rare, after 20-27 mm, interlacing, and the thickness of the fabric does not exceed 0.1-0.16 mm.
EFFECT: expanding the possibilities of using the resulting material, increasing the dimensional accuracy of the products produced from it.
