FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to electrical engineering. Device contains first rectifier, second rectifier, wherein AC supply voltage busbars are connected to input of first rectifier and to input of second rectifier, and second rectifier first output is connected to load capacitor connection first terminal. Device additionally includes switch, smoothing reactor, bypass diode, threshold element, reference voltage source, comparator and logic unit. At that, second rectifier second output is connected to switch first output, switch second output via smoothing reactor is connected to load capacitor connection second terminal, bypass diode cathode is connected to switch second output, and its anode is connected to second rectifier first output, logical unit first input is connected to first rectifier output, and its second input is connected to comparator output, comparator first and second inputs are connected to outputs of threshold element and reference voltage source, respectively, wherein threshold element input is connected to switch first output, logical unit output is connected to switch control input, and second rectifier is made uncontrolled.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in device reliability.
