FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for heating of coolant in heating systems and hot water supply systems for housing and communal services, domestic and industrial needs. Hot-water heat-tube boiler with scroll-type turbulators consists of casing, arranged horizontally, fenced from one side with cover of refractory material on other side with back wall of flue gas collector, and coated with heat insulation. In cover around hole for burner installation grooves are made uniformly, forming channels of scroll-type turbulators. Inside central part of casing combustion chamber is located, around which smoke tubes are arranged, connected with one ends with appropriate turbulators and with others – with holes in front wall of flue gas collector, which is located in rear part of casing with its plane perpendicular to fire tubes. In upper part of casing there are discharge and supply pipelines, interconnected by water volume, as well as waste gas exhaust channel, located at outlet of flue gas collector.
EFFECT: technical result is increased service life and reducing metal consumption of convective heating surfaces.
