FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: heater for heating system contains heat-exchanger and burner. Heat-exchanger consists of shell with cover to which burner with flame tube is joined in the central part. Shell includes combustion and flow chambers and heating components. Flame tube is installed in combustion chamber of heat-exchanger concentric to heat-transfer wall thus forming rotary gas flue chamber. Heating components are formed by longitudinal corrugation at heat-transfer wall. The other version of heater includes rotary chamber consisting of two adjoining semi-cylindrical cavities which are formed by two opposite horizontal baffles installed at edges of heat-transfer wall and joining to shell. Heat medium inlet is connected to input semi-ring collector.
EFFECT: design simplification and improvement of operating performance.
