FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame configured as a central element (5) mounted on a self-propelled platform which can rotate around its axis where at least three spaced brackets are set around the circumference (6) via telescopic probes (7). The device also includes pressure rollers ( 9) mounted on brackets (6), 3D-scanner (13), the actuators for changing the radial position of the bracket (6), at least one rotary actuator (10), at least one pressure roller (9) and a control unit, adapted for independent adjustment of the radial position of each bracket (6) connected to a 3D-scanner platform displacement drive and at least one drive (10) of rotation of at least one pressure roller (9).
EFFECT: device allows the wound pipe close to the inner surface of the repaired pipe, regardless of the changes in the shape and size of its cross-section, and with all the bumps and drops, as well as provide the ability to change the direction of the winding from the horizontal to the vertical, without requiring shutdown for its reconfiguration.
