FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: isolating flange connection comprises an electric insulation gasket locked between flanges by means of studs or bolts, and shoulders of the electric insulation inserts, at their both sides electric insulation and metal washers are installed, nuts are installed on studs. The connecting surfaces of flanges have a groove for gasket with oval cross-section, and prior to isolating flange connection assemblage, and nuts tightening the electric insulation inserts by their shoulders are installed at both sides to the electric insulation gasket.
EFFECT: increased reliability of insulating flange connection.
