FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry, in particular to the production of wooden glued structures. The glue is applied on the plates of wood blanks, the structure is assembled from blanks and transported to the pressing device. The assembled structure is placed on the support shoes of the pressing device. The pressing of the structure is performed by applying a force on the wall-contact pads. The glued structure is kept under pressure till the adhesive bonding obtains the necessary strength. The final mechanical and protective treatment of the glued structure is carried out. Before pressing the inner wall-contact pads are mounted with the displacement with respect to inner support shoes. The outermost support shoes and wall-contact pads are located opposite each other. Between two adjacent inner support shoes at least wall-contact pad is mounted on the opposite side. The structure is pressed at a pressure providing the allowable relative deflection taking into account the rigidity of the glued structure.

EFFECT: improved quality of gluing the wooden structures.
