FIELD: construction industry, manufacture of supporting structures which can be used in buildings and structures of various assignment. SUBSTANCE: these proposed wooden glued trusses can be used in the capacity of technological rigging while conducting special civil engineering and repair operations, for instance, erecting forms. Structure of truss has chords continuous in width and at least single discrete layer over length of truss which is located in layer of joining web and is equal to it in thickness. Ends of discrete chord members are beveled and their beveled joints are overlapped by continuous sections of adjacent layers of chords and cross stays of web in nodal points of truss at least within limits of height of sections of chords are fitted with toothed tenons and grooves similar to them in form made fast with use of glue on joined edges and on beveled butts of discrete chord members. In process of manufacture of wooden glued truss toothed tenons are cut on ends of members of joining web and chords of truss are assembled from solid continuous members or from members joined and glued in advance and from at least single discrete internal layer which elements are cut in the form of trapezia and are installed butt-joined in intervals between cross stays of web. Glue is applied to faces and edges of all joined members and pressing is conducted along two mutually perpendicular planes by way of gradual compression of both external edges of elements of discrete layers and external faces of chord members. EFFECT: increased rigidity and strength of wooden trusses, potential for uninterrupted and automated technological process of truss manufacture. 6 cl, 10 dwg
