SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and may be used for sugar beet growing. Sugar beet plants are treated with N-benzyl-N-ethyl-naphthalene-2-sulfanilamide in the amount of 10 g/ha at a 6-8 leaf stage and row closure stage.
EFFECT: invention provides improved sugar beet crop.
