SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in the cultivation of rice. A method for increasing the yield of a rice plant involves treatment with a solution of N-benzyl-N-ethylnaphthalene-2-sulfonylamide of formula I:
in the amount of 30 g/ha in the tillering phase and in the heading phase.
EFFECT: proposed method for increasing the yield of a rice plant expands the arsenal of means for increasing yields and is suitable for treating plants during their active growth.
