SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by increasing the number of classified situations on computer networks, increasing the number of essential features that characterize classified destabilizing impact on computer networks and used for monitoring and forecasting, decision on the presence of a destabilizing effect on computer networks using non-parametric methods of pattern recognition, taking into account all used essential features, adjust destabilizing influences recognition system, taking into account the accumulated statistics of networks functioning when predicting changes in the values of the essential features that will take proactive steps to minimize the consequences of impacts, which include not only the possibility to switch to backup computer networks, but also single function transfer between cross-points, re-connection of links or switching-off of cross-points under destabilizing effect.
EFFECT: improved security of computer networks from destructive impacts and reduced time for detection and elimination of the consequences of destabilizing effect.
