FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises the hitch and the plate adapted for a hinge joint, with a groove having a flared end facing the hinge joint. The hitch is made movable, with the possibility to move longitudionally and to pass through the flared groove end and to hitch on the longitudinal groove edges when opening the flap. A rack ratchet mechanism is made on the plate, which contains a rack in one of the longitudinal groove edges, and an arresting device equipped with an adjustment handle, arranged with the possibility of squeezing out of the toothed recess and moving in the groove between the right cover and the left slider put on the plate, interconnected with the possibility of moving together with each other and with the arresting device along the groove. The hitch is made on the left slider with the possibility of hitching on the bracket rigidly attached to the guiding housing with the bolt, on which the hitch is made. The left slider has an auxiliary opening through which the adjustment handle is moved out. The arresting device can be spring-loaded toward the rack or can be made springy of resilient material.
EFFECT: provision of further opening only in case the flap is closed.
