FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device includes the hitch, the left cover with the other reference hole and the plate adapted for a hinge joint, with the right slider put on it, in which the reference hole is made, and the groove having a flared end facing the hinge joint. The hitch is made movable, with the possibility of longitudinally moving and sequentially passing through the other reference hole in the left cover, the flared groove end and the reference hole in the right slider, as well with the possibility for hitching on the groove longitudinal edges while opening the flap. The cover has a rack ratchet mechanism which contains a rack in one of the groove longitudinal edges, with an arresting device equipped with an adjustment handle, with the possibility of squeezing out of the toothed recess and moving in the groove between the left cover and the right slider, interconnected so that they can move together with each other and with the arresting device along the groove. The hitch is made on the bolt arranged in the guiding housing. In the left cover the auxiliary opening is made, through which the adjustment handle is moved out. The arresting device can be spring-loaded toward the rack or be made springy of resilient material.
EFFECT: provision of further opening only in case the flap is closed.
