SUBSTANCE: method refers to medicine, namely to the treatment of bronchial asthma. For this purpose, 10-25 mg of surfactant-BL are additionaly inhaled once in a day alongside with bronchodilators and glucocorticosteroids, not earlier than 30 minutes after their administration, course duration is 10-12 days. Then within 3-6 weeks, 10 mg of surfactant is injected once in two days. In case of exacerbation of the disease 5-6 inhalations of 25 mg of surfactant-BL are performed daily, and, if necessary, in combination with inhaled corticosteroids and bronchodilators.

EFFECT: surfactant administration provides increased remission of the disease and can significantly reduce the amount of inhaled corticosteroids and bronchodilators.
