SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pulmonology, and can be used in treatment of bronchial asthma ensured by daily inhalations of aerosol melphalan solution with inert gas dosed 10-90 mkg within 3-4 days. Treatment session at least 4 in number is repeated every 5-6 months.
EFFECT: developed regimen of ultralow-dosed preparation introduction allows maintaining therapeutic effect over a long period of time.
