FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: protective device for explosive objects contains a metal armoured frame with metal coating and filler, which is designed as a dispersed air-lead system, wherein the lead is shaped in the form of the crumbs, and the frame has the fixed-bearing tubes at the end faces. The explosive object coating has at least three tightly sealed tie bars with support sheets in the upper part, which is telescopically inserted in the fixed-bearing tubes in the metal armoured frame, the elastic-damping elements are fixed in the upper part of the tie bars so, that one end of which is rigidly connected to its base with support sheets, and the other - is free. Each of the elastic-damping element is fixed by screws of its base, made in the form of a circular disc from a rigid vibration-damping material, such as "agate", on the support sheets, rigidly connected with the bars, and the base of elastic-damping element is connected with the sleeve from elastomer, having a central opening through which the bar passes, at that the sleeve has at least three openings, coaxial with the bar, in which there are elastic elements, such as coil springs, the upper end face of which, by means of fastening elements, are connected with the base, and the lower is in unpressed condition and stands for the lower sleeve plane to the distance, determined by the forces developed by the shock wave. The additional damping element, made in the form of at least three elastic bars, connected between each other with the damping ring, made from vibration damping material, such as polyurethane, is rigidly attached to the end surface of the sleeve, connected with the elastic-damping element base. The fastening plane of the ring with the bar, located above the plane of the armoured metal frame with metal armoured plating. The surfaces of the additional damping element elastic bars are connected between each other by the damping ring, coated by vibration damping material, e.g. vibration damping resin "VD-17".
EFFECT: increase of explosion protective devices operation reliability in case of emergency explosion at the facility, and providing of these structures return into the original position after the explosion.
