FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: protective device for explosive objects contains a metal armoured frame with metal coating and filler, which is designed as a dispersed air-lead system. The lead is performed in the form of crumbs, and the frame has fixed-bearing tubes in the end faces, and the explosive object coating has at least three tightly sealed tie bars with support sheets in the upper part, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed-bearing tubes in the metal armoured frame. Elastic-damping elements are fixed in the upper part of the tie bars so, that one end of which is rigidly connected to its base with support sheets, and the other - is free. Each of the elastic-damping elements is fixed by screws of its base, made in the form of a circular disc from a rigid vibration-damping material, such as "agate", on the support sheets, rigidly connected with the bars, and the elastic-damping element base is connected with and elastomer sleeve, having a central opening through which the bar passes. The sleeve has at least three openings, coaxial with the bar, in which elastic elements are located, such as coil springs, the upper end face of which, by means of fastening elements, is connected with the base, and the bottom is in unpressed condition and protrudes from the lower sleeve plane to the distance, determined by the forces developed by a shock wave. An additional dry friction damper of annular type, made in the form of a two-stage sleeve, coaxially fixed in the lower part of the support bar, is attached to elastic elements made in the form of cylindrical helical springs, the upper end of which is connected to the base by means of fastening elements, and the lower end is free and protrudes beyond the lower plane of the sleeve. The first stage of the sleeve has a larger diameter and is attached to the elastic elements, and the second stage of a smaller diameter is fixed to the support bar by means of at least three screws located perpendicular to the damper axis. An additional dry friction damper of annular type, made in the form of a two-stage sleeve coaxially fixed in the lower part of the support bar, is made of a friction material containing, wt %: copper 6.0-8.0; sulfuric acid barium 0.5-1.0; graphite 4.0-8.0; sitall 8.0-12.0; lead 0.5-1.5; tin 0.5-1.5; molybdenum disulphide 3.0-4.0; asbestos 6.0-10.0; nickel 2.0-4.0; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: increased explosion protective devices operation reliability in case of emergency explosion at the facility, and provided return of these structures into the original position after the explosion.
